The Purchase Request Form is your go-to tool for requesting items or services needed for our church over $1,000. Whether it’s new equipment, supplies, or anything else, use this form to get approval by the CoM. It helps us be good stewards of our finances and make sure we’re getting what we need. 

CoM meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
